Job Summary of Bealls Supervisor:
This position is responsible for supporting daily store operations through team leadership, merchandise execution, and customer engagement. The role focuses on coaching associates, promoting loyalty initiatives, and ensuring a consistent and efficient shopping environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Bealls Supervisor:
- Enhance the development and longevity of team members by offering coaching and training support.
- Support and train team members to assist guests in understanding and joining credit and loyalty programs.
- Uphold store presentation guidelines, supervise product flow, and streamline operational workflows to synchronize with brand standards.
- Business reporting tools serve as valuable assets in facilitating decision-making processes and optimizing performance outcomes.
- Keep up-to-date with and implement company systems, software, and procedures.
- Encourage team motivation by taking part in corporate acknowledgment and reward programs.
- Promote an environment where teamwork is valued and team members are actively involved.
- Conduct any additional tasks as mandated by the leadership.
Qualifications and Experience of Bealls Supervisor:
- Candidates are expected to hold a high school diploma or an acceptable equivalent.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role for 1-2 years is a plus.
- Effective communication, interpersonal proficiency, and the knack for problem-solving are essential skills.
- Ability to work autonomously or in a group context.
- Adept at using Zebra PDA, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools from past encounters.
- Flexibility to work during non-standard hours, such as mid-shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
