Job Duties and Responsibilities of Shoe Sales Supervisor:

• Aim to create a memorable customer service experience that fosters customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maximize store profitability through successful merchandising methods, thorough product insight, and team morale enhancement.
• Make sure the store’s presentation aligns with Shoe Carnival guidelines by upholding visual standards.
• Assist in steering and supporting team members to meet both sales targets and operational objectives effectively.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure operational success and effective implementation of store projects.

Qualifications and Experience of Shoe Sales Supervisor:

• Having strong leadership acumen combined with adeptness in addressing problems.
• Superior verbal and interpersonal communication talents.
• Having a high school diploma or an equivalent is a must.
• Capacity to adjust availability to work on a flexible schedule covering weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• One year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• The individual must have reached the age of 16.
