Job Summary:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• To commence the loss reporting process, it is important to obtain the relevant information and set up needed services.
• In order to ensure that coverage is maximized and losses are minimized, it is important to work with experienced and knowledgeable insurance professionals who can provide guidance and support throughout the claims process.
• If you're having trouble navigating the claims process, our experienced team is here to assist you and help you get the answers you need.
• Conduct operations in a quick and demanding call center environment, handling ongoing calls and traversing through various systems.
• The key to achieving continuous growth is to actively engage in coaching and work collaboratively with managers and members of the team.
• The proper identification and measurement of risks are the first steps towards mitigating or preventing any potential losses. It helps in evaluating the probability of the risk occurrence, the severity of its impact, and the resources required to manage it.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Both high school diplomas and GEDs demonstrate that the individual has attained the basic knowledge and skills necessary for entry-level jobs and college programs.
• Outstanding customer service calls for exhibiting exceptional capacities in active listening and effectively conveying messages through spoken and written language.
• The possession of highly developed interpersonal skills is crucial for succeeding in a hastily moving team surroundings.
• Navigating multiple business applications while simultaneously multitasking and prioritizing is fundamental to productivity and success in today's business world.
• Successfully completing a job-related assessment is a requirement.
• Within the next 90 days, it may be necessary to acquire and maintain an insurance adjuster license.

Salary:

The amount of money you will receive for this job varies between $43,750 and $45,750.
