Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Offer specialized facility maintenance and repair solutions in your area of craftsmanship.
• Ensure that all work orders are completed efficiently and up to the expected quality levels.
• Utilize Climbia’s work-order app to track projects and facilitate smooth invoice processing.
• Establish clear communication channels with Climbia’s account management team to facilitate project progress.
• Coordinate the management of logistics concerning supplies, travel arrangements, toll expenses, parking provisions, and on-site evaluations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Established track record in handling tasks related to electrical work, plumbing, HVAC systems, painting, or general repairs.
• Reliable means of transportation and essential equipment are required to carry out assignments effectively.
• Capacity to operate autonomously while upholding professional service standards.
• Select either General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance, or enroll in Climbia’s insurance plan.

Salary:

The pricing is open for negotiation, either by the hour or tied to the completion of a particular project, Climbia factors in the costs for materials, travel, tolls, parking, and assessments. Payment will be processed through direct deposit promptly within a week of successfully finishing the task. There is a 10% reduction from the job earnings attributable to Climbia’s insurance, shielding against site damages with coverage extending up to $10,000.
