Electrician

Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC seeks independent role to join our network of skilled tradespeople. We offer flexible and ongoing work opportunities in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general facility maintenance. Contractors work with national and regional clients through our integrated facilities management programs, providing timely, high-quality services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled trade services including general repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Communicate with Climbia Enterprise LLC account managers to understand project needs.
• Use our proprietary work-order management system for job tracking and invoicing.
• Ensure job completion meets client and safety standards.
• Manage project logistics including materials, travel, and assessments as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in one or more skilled trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, general repairs).
• Reliable transportation and access to trade-appropriate tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete jobs on time.
• General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance preferred, or use of our policy with a per-job deduction.

Salary:

Competitive and negotiable per project/hour, with job-related expenses (materials, travel, tolls, parking) covered optional damage coverage insurance available at a 10% fee for up to $10,000.
