Job Summary of Staples Delivery Driver:

This role will lead and manage an inside sales team. This role requires the development and implementation of effective sales strategies, team leadership, and performance optimization. You will drive sales growth, ensure seamless operations across diverse locations, and foster a collaborative and motivated team environment. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are key to this role, as you work to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Staples Delivery Driver:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the team and market.
• Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to achieve business goals.
• Track and analyze market and team sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to optimize performance and productivity.
• Provide coaching, development, and accountability to ensure selling processes and strategies are executed with efficiency to grow and retain sales.
• Conduct regular call coaching sessions and crucial conversations with team members.
• Attend appointments, customer account reviews, and trade shows to support sales initiatives.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
• Conduct consistent audits (dispositions) and address gaps to ensure team calibration based on business direction.

Qualifications and Experience of Staples Delivery Driver:

• Ability to efficiently manage a team with limited sales experience.
• Results-oriented and self-motivated, driven by both financial and career growth opportunities.
• Advanced selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong management skills in mentoring, coaching, and counseling to optimize sales personnel performance.
• Proficiency in technology and advanced computer skills.
• A passion for recruiting, retaining, and developing talented sales professionals.
• A collaborative mindset that brings ideas and solutions together for successful team and customer outcomes.
• Advanced Salesforce user experience.

Salary:

Salary Range: $72,000 - $85,000, plus commission potential based on meeting goals/quota of up to $34,000.
