Job Summary of Warehouse Management:

This roler will collaborate with leadership to exceed customer expectations, enhance operational efficiency, and create a positive associate experience. You will lead a team of hourly associates to meet performance goals, ensure productivity, accuracy, and quality standards. Additionally, you will assist in planning, hiring, training, and using operational reports to monitor performance and achieve department objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Warehouse Management:

• Manage a team of hourly associates to meet performance goals, productivity, accuracy, and quality control standards.
• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly planning for your departments.
• Make process improvements and recommend changes to increase department efficiency.
• Hire, train, and coach associates to improve performance and ensure safety standards are met.
• Evaluate department performance using operational reports and ensure objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment Center leadership to operate within guidelines and contribute to overall success.
• Promote safety procedures and foster a strong safety culture within the team.

Qualifications and Experience of Warehouse Management:

• Ability to accurately calculate, plan, and adjust headcount to meet department objectives.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with team members at all levels.
• Experience using Fulfillment / Distribution technology such as WMS and related hardware / software.
• Ability to quickly adopt safety procedures and ensure safe work practices.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Inclusive mindset that seeks collaboration and advocates for the best solutions for customers and employees.
• Commitment to lead by example, demonstrating growth mindset and customer advocacy.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature changes.
• Ability to open and close the building and potentially be a key holder.
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written).

Salary:

Rate: $60,000 - $70,000 / Based on Experience
