Their focus is on delivering facility maintenance and general contracting services in over 14 states within the northeastern region. This position is well-suited for tradespeople specializing in electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance, offering them the flexibility of working hours and a reliable flow of projects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Offer specialized services in trades such as electrical installations, plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, painting jobs, or general repair work.
• Meet client needs by providing timely and excellent workmanship.
• Collaborate effectively with Climbia’s account managers to ensure client needs across different locations are met.
• Optimize job tracking and invoicing operations with the help of Climbia’s management system.
• Ensure a secure and professional service environment by following the protocols set by the website.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated proficiency in one or more facility maintenance specialties.
• Exceptional communication skills and capability to operate independently.
• Reliable vehicles and essential tools for trade jobs.
• Climbia provides optional insurance coverage, with a preference for active General Liability or Workers’ Compensation policies for enhanced protection.

Salary:

Negotiable rates, hourly or per-project all expenses (materials, travel, tolls, parking, assessments) covered. Payment via direct deposit (NET 7). A 10% deduction for Climbia’s insurance covers damages up to $10,000.
