• Attend to work orders promptly and fulfill projects in accordance with client expectations.
• Employ Climbia’s platform to manage work orders effectively and stay on top of invoicing tasks.
• Engage in clear and effective communication strategies with Climbia account managers to optimize service accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep each job site professional and safe for all workers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Confirmed trade background in facility maintenance or general contracting.
• Advanced skills in finding solutions and communicating clearly.
• It is essential to have reliable transportation and tools that cater to the trade’s requirements.
• Climbia suggests prioritizing General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance, with other coverage options available.

Salary:

Rates are flexible and can be discussed further, whether they are per hour or for the project in its entirety. All expenses including materials, travel, tolls, parking, and assessments will be covered. Payment will be made through direct deposit with a 10% deduction for Climbia’s insurance to protect against damages up to $10,000.
