They are experts in providing facility maintenance and general contracting services in over 14 northeastern states. This position is ideal for tradespeople with experience in electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general maintenance tasks, offering flexible schedules and continuous project opportunities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent service in specific trade areas like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general maintenance.
• Respond promptly to work requests and complete assignments according to client standards.
• Employ Climbia’s work-order management platform for tracking assignments and managing invoicing procedures.
• Utilize strong communication skills when interacting with Climbia account managers to facilitate the accurate and efficient delivery of services.
• Keep each job site safe and professional at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Established proficiency in the field of facility maintenance or general contracting.
• Strong problem-solving acumen matched with clear and concise communication skills.
• A prerequisite for the work is reliable transportation and tools specialized for the trade.
• Optional insurance coverage is accessible through Climbia, with a focus on General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance.

Salary:

Negotiable rates, hourly or per-project all expenses (materials, travel, tolls, parking, assessments) covered. Payment via direct deposit (NET 7). A 10% deduction for Climbia’s insurance covers damages up to $10,000.
