Facilities Maintenance Contractor

Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is seeking independent subcontractors to join its trusted network of skilled trades professionals. Contractors will perform essential facility maintenance services for commercial clients across 14+ northeastern states, supporting Climbia’s Integrated Facilities Management programs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform trade-specific services including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repair work
• Respond promptly to service requests and complete jobs to meet client standards
• Use Climbia’s mobile platform for work-order management and invoicing
• Communicate effectively with Climbia’s account managers regarding job status and updates
• Maintain professional conduct and site safety at all times

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in one or more skilled trades
• Ability to work independently with a high standard of workmanship
• Reliable transportation and essential trade tools
• Valid identification and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance preferred, or enrollment in Climbia’s insurance plan
