Job Duties and Responsibilities of Shoe Store Associate:

• Deliver superb customer service by being friendly and supportive.
• Ensure that the sales floor and stock areas are well-kempt and organized.
• Provide support in tracking inventory, stocking products, and creating eye-catching product arrangements.
• Conduct Point of Sale (POS) transactions meticulously.
• Support the store staff in crafting an efficient and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications and Experience of Shoe Store Associate:

• At least 16 years of age is necessary to meet the criteria.
• Capability to work varied shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• A foundational understanding of mathematics is essential.
• Proficiency in communicating and fostering relationships with others.
