Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out tasks in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and other repair categories as requested.
• Employ the Climbia app for managing work orders to streamline the process of receiving, tracking, and overseeing assignments.
• Keep in touch with account managers to ensure a shared understanding of client needs and to receive regular updates.
• Offer prompt and excellent service with a professional demeanor when working at client sites.
• Submit all documentation related to completed assignments and billing accurately via Climbia’s interface.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Established track record in one or multiple fields including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general handy work.
• Being able to work autonomously, handle time well, and convey messages effectively is crucial.
• Having ownership of essential standard tools and equipment for your field.
• You have the option to secure insurance coverage via General Liability or Workers’ Compensation, or you can decide to subscribe to Climbia’s insurance scheme by paying a per-job charge.
