Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC aims to engage with independent contractors for a range of facility maintenance and general contracting assignments. These tasks include electrical work, plumbing, HVAC services, painting, and general repairs. By working on projects servicing regional and national multi-site organizations, contractors can join Climbia’s Integrated Facilities Management programs and access a consistent flow of projects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in a variety of fields including electrical installations, plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general handyman tasks
• Work closely with Climbia Enterprise LLC account managers to align on job details and meet client expectations
• Make use of Climbia’s work-order management application to oversee developments and simplify invoice generation
• Handle the logistics of work tasks, which involve materials, commuting, toll charges, and parking arrangements
• Ensure clients receive timely and excellent service

Qualifications and Experience:

• Skilled in one or multiple trades like electrical work, plumbing, HVAC systems, or general repairs
• Dependable, experienced, and thorough
• Proficiency in working self-sufficiently with a fluid work schedule
• Access to essential equipment and modes of travel
• Utilization of Climbia’s insurance policy or opt for General Liability or Workers’ Compensation coverage

Salary:

Pricing is flexible and can be tailored based on mutual agreement, whether by the hour or for the entire project. Reimbursement will be provided for any costs incurred, such as materials, travel expenses, tolls, and parking fees. Direct deposit is the preferred method of payment with a payment window of NET 7 days. An insurance charge of 10% will be levied for insurance coverage in Climbia, safeguarding against damages up to $10,000.
