Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Lead:

• Encourage the advancement and longevity of team members by providing coaching and training sessions.
• Motivate staff members to inform and support guests in signing up for credit and loyalty programs.
• Adhere to store presentation protocols, streamline product distribution, and optimize business practices in accordance with brand standards.
• The use of business reporting tools aids in driving informed decisions and meeting performance targets effectively.
• Stay informed about and implement company systems, software, and processes.
• Drive team motivation by actively taking part in company recognition and incentive schemes.
• Encourage and cultivate a collaborative atmosphere among team members.
• Fulfill any other responsibilities delegated by those in charge.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Lead:

• Prospective candidates must have completed high school or attained an equivalent qualification.
• Preference is given to candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking capabilities are crucial attributes.
• Skill in working alone and in coordination with others.
• Skilled in operating Zebra PDA, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools based on hands-on experience.
• Openness to working flexible hours, which may include mid-shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
