Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Specialize in trade services like electrical work, plumbing installations, HVAC repairs, painting projects, and general maintenance.
• Exceed client expectations through the timely delivery of top-quality work.
• Engage with Climbia’s account management team to provide support for clients with multi-site operations.
• Enhance task monitoring and billing efficiency by utilizing Climbia’s work-order management platform.
• Adhere to the site’s protocols in order to establish a safe and professional service environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Validated experience in one or multiple facility maintenance fields.
• Outstanding communication prowess and capacity for autonomous work.
• Trusty means of commuting and necessary equipment for skilled trades.
• It is advisable to have General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance in place, with Climbia offering optional coverage for those who may require it.

Salary:

Rates are open to negotiation, available either hourly or on a per-project basis, with all expenses covered—including materials, travel, tolls, parking, and assessments. Payment will be made via direct deposit, with a NET 7 payment term. A 10% deduction is applied towards Climbia’s insurance, which protects against damages up to $10,000.
