Collaborating with them will involve actively participating in their Integrated Facilities Management programs while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional maintenance services for facilities that include tasks such as electrical installation, plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general handyman duties.
• Complete assignments in an effective, secure, and compliant manner as per the client’s instructions.
• Make use of Climbia’s app for work order management to keep tabs on tasks, communicate with clients, and finalize invoices.
• Ensure seamless project coordination by working in tandem with account managers.
• Uphold compliance with safety standards when completing tasks on client sites.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Documented history in providing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general maintenance assistance.
• Capability for autonomous work, with the essential tools and dependable transportation at hand.
• Eligibility for employment within the U.S. is a must.
• General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance is required, or individuals have the option to select Climbia’s insurance coverage.
