HVAC Handyman

Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is looking to partner with independent contractors for various facility maintenance and general contracting projects. Contractors will handle tasks such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs while serving regional and national multi-site organizations. This partnership allows contractors to be part of Climbia’s Integrated Facilities Management programs and gain access to a steady stream of work.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out assignments in various trades such as electricity, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general upkeep
• Collaborate with Climbia Enterprise LLC account managers to align on job particulars and deliver on client expectations
• Utilize Climbia’s work-order management app to oversee progress and improve the efficiency of invoicing tasks
• Coordinate all aspects of job logistics, such as managing materials, organizing travel plans, covering toll fees, and addressing parking requirements
• Provide customers with quick and top-notch support

Qualifications and Experience:

• Familiarity with trades including electrical work, plumbing tasks, HVAC maintenance, or general repair works
• Reliable, skilled, and thorough
• Showing competency in working alone and being adaptable with one’s schedule
• Utilizing necessary equipment and convenient transportation methods
• General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance coverage, or the option to utilize Climbia’s insurance policy

Salary:

Negotiable rates, hourly or per-project expenses covered (materials, travel, tolls, parking) payment via direct deposit (NET 7). 10% deduction for Climbia’s insurance, covering damages up to $10,000.
