Job Summary:

There is no better opportunity to become a sales account executive than joining the Inside Sales & Retention team at DISH where you will be able to sell the value of DISH’s products and services using a consultative approach.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote DISH and Boost products and services over incoming calls in order to attract new customers as well as retain existing ones.
• Devise customized solutions to meet individual customer needs so as to provide them with the most value.
• Display resilience in overcoming obstacles but staying true to set sales targets.
• It is important for personal and professional growth that one effectively manages their time by learning new sales strategies when they are least expected.
• Cultivate relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Record details about customers accurately for future retrieval and follow-up.
• Listen carefully to customer complains then fix them appropriately without wasting much time thus providing unmatched customer service at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Excellent verbal, written communication skills and interpersonal skills are required for this position
• Having a high school diploma is mandatory while those with college education stand higher chances of being considered first during selection process
• Successful applicants may undergo pre-employment assessments such drug test among others
• The ability of working full time onsite at any of our Direct Sales facilities is necessary
• Candidate should be flexible enough on his/her own schedule which should also allow him/her work during weekends plus holidays
• One must possess either smartphone or any other device having functional network coection capability
