Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Associate Manager:

• Help the Store Manager with daily store operations and leadership tasks as required.
• Motivate the team to drive sales and uphold a high standard of customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist, coach, and train store associates to meet or surpass their performance goals.
• Maintain the prescribed standards for store presentation and merchandising.
• Conduct inventory management activities and provide aid with logistics tasks when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience of Sales Associate Manager:

• A minimum of two years working in retail sales or customer service is a must.
• Exhibited strong leadership prowess in a retail context.
• Excel in interpersonal interactions and adept at clear communication.
• Having the availability to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
