Job Description of Retention Agent:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated one to join our team. As a key part of our organization, you will be responsible for fostering customer loyalty through inbound sales calls, selling and Boost Mobile products and services. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with existing and potential customers, providing them with tailored solutions and contributing to our continued success.
Roles and Responsibilities of Retention Agent:
- Reach out to customers exclusively through inbound calls, showcasing the wide range of DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to engage with both new and existing clientele.
- Identify customer needs, offering the best value by recommending appropriate products and services.
- Develop and preserve strong customer relationships, with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Demonstrate a robust problem-solving mindset and perseverance to overcome obstacles in order to stay on track towards meeting and surpassing sales goals.
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records and provide top-tier customer service throughout each engagement.
- To excel in sales, it is imperative to manage time effectively and be willing to embrace new techniques for sales enhancement.
Qualifications and Experience of Retention Agent:
- A high school diploma is a requirement, while a college degree is favored.
- Proven communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Competency in multitasking and excelling in a fast-paced work setting.
- Even though sales experience is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite for this role.
- This position entails full-time work and the need for flexibility to accommodate weekends and holidays in the schedule.
- Working at one of our Direct Sales locations in person is a fundamental requirement for this position.
- Candidates are obligated to take a drug test as part of the pre-employment screening process.
