Warehouse Team Supervisor
Job Summary of Warehouse Team Supervisor:
In this role, you will lead your team to achieve performance goals, productivity, accuracy, and quality control standards. You will collaborate with other leadership members to ensure safe work practices and foster a culture of efficiency and customer service. As a key player in our supply chain, your leadership will help deliver outstanding service and drive operational success.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Warehouse Team Supervisor:
- Lead, motivate, and manage hourly associates to meet performance goals and maintain high standards for accuracy and quality.
- Plan, manage, and adjust headcount to meet departmental objectives efficiently.
- Use operational reports to evaluate department performance and ensure expectations are met.
- Participate in hiring, training, and coaching associates, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with the Fulfillment Center Team Manager and other management to operate within all guidelines and partner for success.
- Ensure safety practices are followed and foster a safety-conscious culture.
- Open and close the building, possibly serving as a key holder.
Qualifications and Experience of Warehouse Team Supervisor:
- Ability to calculate and adjust headcount required to meet department objectives.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with all levels of staff and ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Understanding and experience with Fulfillment/Distribution technology, including WMS, hardware, and software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Commitment to leading by example with a growth mindset and customer advocacy.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.
- Basic English language skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent legally permissible.

Salary:
Rate: $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience
