Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Sales Lead:

• Strive to deliver exceptional service that leaves customers feeling satisfied and valued.
• Improve store revenue by employing impactful merchandising strategies, deep product knowledge, and team encouragement.
• Adhere to Shoe Carnival guidelines to ensure the store’s presentation meets visual standards.
• Lead and support team members in meeting set sales targets and operational goals.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure the successful execution of store operations and initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Sales Lead:

• Possessing formidable leadership skills along with a talent for resolving issues.
• Superior verbal and interpersonal communication talents.
• A high school diploma or an equal credential is obligatory.
• Competence in fulfilling job duties with flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• One year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• A person needs to be at least 16 years old to qualify.

Hourly starting pay: $11.75
