Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is a top-tier provider in the realm of facility upkeep and general contracting services. We are currently looking to enlist independent subcontractors to be part of our team. Tasks include delivering specialized services across various trades, such as electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance to commercial clients located in the northeast within our Integrated Facilities Management programs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance assistance covering a range of trades including electrical services, plumbing work, HVAC maintenance, and painting
• Timely and precise execution of assignments in accordance with client expectations
• Utilize Climbia’s app for tracking assignments and handling the invoicing process effectively
• Partner with Climbia’s account managers to ensure clear lines of communication and oversee the progress of tasks effectively
• Safeguard and exhibit professionalism at client sites

Qualifications and Experience:

• Documented experience in one or more of the specified fields including electrical tasks, plumbing services, HVAC systems, painting assignments, and general handyman work
• Possessing a strong dedication to work and aptitude for working without constant supervision
• Reliable means of conveyance and vital tools for engaging in trade
• The eligibility to work in the U.S. hinges on possessing legitimate documentation
• General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance is the preferred choice, or the opportunity to be covered under Climbia’s insurance plan is provided
