Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Undertake proficient craftsmanship services involving general repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Establish communication channels with account managers from Climbia Enterprise LLC to inform project understanding.
• Utilize our distinct work-order system for job monitoring and invoice generation.
• Verify that the tasks are finalized to comply with both client specifications and safety guidelines.
• Supervise project operations by managing materials, arranging travel logistics, and conducting assessments when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven proficiency in skilled trades like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
• Reliable means of transportation and the availability of tools suitable for trade requirements.
• Skilled in articulating thoughts and tackling problems effectively.
• Capacity to work alone and successfully complete tasks on schedule.
• - Opting for either General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance is the suggested approach, or you can utilize our policy with deductions tied to each job.

Salary:

Rates for projects or hourly work are open to negotiation and are competitive, with the option to include job-related expenses like materials, travel, tolls, and parking. Optional insurance for damages is available with a 10% fee, covering up to $10,000 in costs.
