• Provide skilled maintenance and repair services for facilities within your trade expertise.
• Carry out assigned tasks promptly and with precision to meet quality benchmarks.
• Employ Climbia’s application for managing work orders to streamline project monitoring and efficient billing.
• Collaborate with Climbia’s account managers for effective project implementation.
• Handle the organization of materials, transportation, toll fees, parking arrangements, and evaluations conducted on the premises.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general maintenance work.
• Dependable transportation and essential tools are essential for finishing tasks.
• Demonstrating the skill to independently handle tasks while upholding a high level of professionalism.
• Choose between General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance, or select Climbia’s insurance protection.

Salary:

Rates that can be discussed, whether on an hourly basis or for each specific project, Climbia includes expenses for materials, transportation, tolls, parking, and evaluations. Payment is made through direct deposit within a week after finishing the job. A 10% deduction from the job amount is taken for Climbia’s insurance, which safeguards against site damages costing up to $10,000.
