Job Summary:

Our Broadband Technician at DISH play an integral role in providing TV and Smart Home solutions to homes all around the nation. Through rigorous training, you'll be in charge of leading the charge in providing exceptional customer experiences, developing coections with customers during each visit. Your loyalty secures our position as the leader in customer satisfaction, as confirmed by the J.D. Power award.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Build quick rapport with customers using confident verbal conversation & body language skills.
• High energy; ability to work outside in elevated temperatures or cold weather for long hours;
• Ability to lift 70 lbs frequently, climb ladders; crawl under/around furniture; work on rooftops; etc.
• Must possess a valid driver's license in the State you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets DISH's minimum safety standard
• Resilience in the face of adversity and comfortable working alone.
  Thoroughly enjoy problem-solving; Quick thinker with acute attention to detail.
