Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Offer top-notch assistance for various trade specialties including electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs.
• React swiftly to service requests and carry out tasks to meet client standards.
• Utilize Climbia’s platform for work orders to keep tabs on assignments and handle invoicing efficiently.
• Maintain open and efficient lines of communication with Climbia account managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
• Ensure that a professional and safe atmosphere is maintained in all work settings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Established track record in the field of facility maintenance or general contracting.
• Capable problem-solving aptitude paired with strong communication proficiency.
• Necessary for the job are reliable means of transportation and tools specific to the trade.
• Climbia recommends General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance but also provides optional insurance coverage.

Salary:

Flexibility in rates is available, whether they are paid by the hour or for the project as a whole, with full coverage of expenses such as materials, travel, tolls, parking, and assessments. Payment will be processed through direct deposit within a week while accounting for a 10% reduction for Climbia’s insurance to safeguard against damages up to $10,000.
