Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary of Senior Data Analyst:
You are responsible for developing and maintaining HR metrics, reports, and analytics. This role plays a key part in HR system administration, ensuring data integrity, improving process efficiency, and providing critical insights to various HR teams. The Senior Data Analyst collaborates with HR, Field HR, and Associate Relations teams to create impactful reporting and data analysis that aids in decision making and process improvement.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Senior Data Analyst:
- Partner with HR and Associate Relations teams to identify and meet data needs.
- Develop actionable insights on HR data related to retention, turnover, performance, and associate relations investigations.
- Present findings and data in an easily understandable format for non-technical audiences.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and integrity of HR systems and reporting tools.
- Track HR recruiting and training efforts, including associate development journeys.
- Conduct ad hoc reporting to support business needs and evolving data requests.
- Collaborate with HR teams to recommend solutions based on data insights.
- Analyze trends and patterns in people metrics to assess HR needs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR metrics, reports, and analytics.
- Perform backend analysis of people metrics and case management data.
- Work with HR leadership on retention, turnover, and management initiatives.
- Flag complaint trends and provide data for informed decision-making.
- Support continuous HR training improvement, including process design and elevation.
Qualifications and Experience of Senior Data Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or Computer Programming).
- Minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources, financial analysis, or related fields.
- Experience with HR systems and metrics is essential.
- Successful completion of required training programs.
- Ability to develop data models to assess project and people performance.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of employment is required.

Salary:
$90,000 - $126,500 annually. Compensation is based on experience, and other factors.
