Material Handler

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for filling orders, receiving and stocking parts in the warehouse, and delivering parts using forklifts or Raymond lifts. This role also involves unloading trucks and performing routine maintenance on equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Read information from various documents and process orders accordingly.
• Locate and identify parts in the warehouse for efficient distribution.
• Use forklifts, Raymond lifts, or hoists to move and deliver parts.
• Count or use scales to weigh-count parts accurately.
• Utilize computer systems to check inventory, locations, and order routing.
• Perform routine maintenance on forklifts, including refueling propane tanks, checking oil levels, and cleaning equipment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift experience and/or certification preferred.
• Basic reading, clerical, and math skills, including the ability to follow written instructions and perform basic calculations.

Salary:

• Day Shift: $18.30 per hour to start.
• Evening & Night Shift: $20.30 per hour to start.
