The Inside Sales & Retention team highlights the unique value of our offerings to customers, without the need for cold calls.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• DISH offers a range of features like DVR, on-demand content, and streaming options to enhance the TV viewing experience.
• Examine the desires of clients and create tailored solutions to satisfy their demands.
• Display unyielding determination and maintain a sharp focus on sales objectives.
• Effectively managing time and pursuing avenues for development is essential.
• Customer relationship management involves developing strategies to secure long-term relationships with clients.
• Be meticulous when recording customer details to avoid any errors.
• Provide exceptional attention to customer needs to ensure complete satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficient in conveying thoughts, ideas, and messages through spoken, written, and interpersonal means.
• To be considered for the position, applicants must have completed high school, and those with a college diploma will be given priority.
• Clearing a drug test is an essential component of the pre-employment screening, which is mandatory for all new hires.
• An opportunity for a full-time, in-person position has opened up at one of our Direct Sales sites.
• Promise to work as per the given schedules without any exceptions.
