Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is looking for experienced and dependable independent contractors to join our expanding network of service providers. We specialize in facility maintenance and general contracting services across over 14 states in the northeast. This opportunity is ideal for skilled tradespeople in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general handyman services who are seeking flexible work and consistent project availability.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized trade services including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general repairs.
• Deliver timely, high-quality workmanship to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with Climbia account managers to support multi-site client needs.
• Utilize Climbia’s work-order management platform to streamline job tracking and invoicing.
• Adhere to site protocols and ensure a safe, professional service environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in one or more facility maintenance trades.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and necessary tools for trade work.
• Active General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance preferred. Optional coverage is available through Climbia.

Salary:

Negotiable rates, hourly or per-project all expenses (materials, travel, tolls, parking, assessments) covered. Payment via direct deposit (NET 7). A 10% deduction for Climbia’s insurance covers damages up to $10,000.
