Job Summary of Sales Team Supervisor:
Tasks involve aiding in the daily store activities through team management, merchandise organization, and customer interaction. The main objective is to guide associates, endorse loyalty schemes, and maintain a coherent and productive shopping atmosphere.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Team Supervisor:
- Assist in the progress and sustainability of team members by implementing coaching and training programs.
- Train team members to actively promote and help guests with enrolling in credit and loyalty programs.
- Follow store merchandising protocols, coordinate product logistics, and refine operational procedures to synchronize with brand preferences.
- Business reporting tools play a crucial role in guiding decision-making strategies and accomplishing performance metrics successfully.
- Maintain familiarity with and apply organizational systems, software, and protocols.
- Promote team spirit by encouraging participation in company recognition and incentive activities.
- Foster teamwork and engagement through inclusive practices within the team environment.
- Undertake all other duties as directed by the leadership team.
Qualifications and Experience of Sales Team Supervisor:
- A high school diploma is mandatory, or an equivalent credential will suffice.
- Candidates with a history of supervisory roles over the past 1-2 years are preferred.
- Proficiency in communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to solve problems are important assets.
- Competence in performing tasks individually or in a team environment.
- Experienced in the practical use of Zebra PDA, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.
- Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule that includes mid-shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
