Job Summary of Retention Sales:

This role involves engaging with inbound customers to sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services using a consultative approach. Representatives will assess customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of offerings to ensure high-quality customer interactions. No cold calling is required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retention Sales:

• Sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and offer the best-value solution.
• Demonstrate resilience and maintain focus on sales goals during customer interactions.
• Manage time effectively while engaging with customers and handling real-time data entry.
• Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and competitive advantages.
• Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications and Experience of Retention Sales:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Competitive mindset with the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to learn, apply feedback, and develop professionally.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Dependability and ability to consistently meet commitments.
• Ability to work full-time on-site with flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Salary:

• Base pay of $17.75 per hour with uncapped commission.
• On-target first-year earnings of $68,000, with top performers exceeding six figures.
