Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC seeks to collaborate with freelance workers for a range of facility upkeep and construction assignments. Independent contractors will be responsible for duties like electricity, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, painting, and overall maintenance while catering to multi-location organizations at both regional and national levels. By joining forces with Climbia, contractors can participate in the company’s Integrated Facilities Management initiatives and secure a consistent flow of projects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Offer a range of services spanning different professions like electrical work, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and basic maintenance
• Collaborate with account managers from Climbia Enterprise LLC to discuss job specifics and client requirements
• Employ Climbia’s app for work-order management to monitor advancements and simplify the billing process
• Coordinate all logistical aspects of the job, such as handling materials, arranging travel, paying tolls, and managing parking needs
• Deliver prompt and top-notch assistance to customers

Qualifications and Experience:

• Practical knowledge in any trade such as electrical work, plumbing, HVAC services, or general maintenance
• Consistently dependable, skilled, and meticulous
• The capacity to work autonomously with a variable timetable
• Having the proper tools and means of transportation readily available
• Insurance coverage, be it General Liability or Workers’ Compensation, or access to Climbia’s insurance plan

Salary:

Rates are open to negotiation, with the option for either hourly or project-based fees that include expenses such as materials, travel, tolls, and parking. Payments are processed through direct deposit with a NET 7 payment term. Additionally, a 10% deduction is allocated towards Climbia’s insurance, which provides coverage for damages up to $10,000.
