Job Duties and Responsibilities of Warehouse Associate:

• Handle products with care to minimize damage during loading, receiving, put-away, stocking, selection, and order packing processes.
• Inspect trailers and products for cleanliness and quality.
• Record and document product quantities accurately.
• Coordinate with Food Safety personnel for any product-related issues.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Sysco policies.

Qualifications and Experience of Warehouse Associate:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary:

Starting pay: $21.72 per hour
