Service Plumber

Job Summary:

Independent contractors are wanted by Climbia Enterprise LLC to join a reputable community of skilled trades professionals. Duties will include delivering facility maintenance and general construction services including electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and routine fixes for clients across the area. By participating in their Integrated Facilities Management programs, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with prominent regional and national organizations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute skilled trade duties in alignment with client specifications and prevailing industrial norms
• Foster effective dialogue between Climbia Enterprise LLC’s account managers and their respective clients
• Take advantage of Climbia’s work-order app to organize tasks and simplify the billing procedure
• Adhere to established deadlines and uphold quality expectations for each project consistently
• Oversee site appraisals, transportation, and logistical planning as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• Possessing skills in one or multiple areas such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general repairs is essential
• Demonstrates a reliable and skilled work attitude with meticulous attention to specifics
• Access to the right resources and methods of conveyance
• Capability to function without supervision and adapt to a flexible agenda
• - Insurance coverage can be acquired through General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, or by electing to be covered under Climbia’s policy

Salary:

Pricing is both competitive and open for discussion, allowing for flexibility based on the scope of the project or hourly requirements. All expenses directly related to the job, like materials, travel, tolls, parking, and assessments, will be factored into the overall cost. Contractors who choose to utilize Climbia’s insurance policy will receive a 10% discount, ensuring coverage for damages up to $10,000.
