Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is seeking independent role to join a trusted network of skilled tradespeople. We provide consistent, flexible work opportunities for professionals in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general facility maintenance. Contractors will support multi-site regional and national clients with timely, high-quality services through our integrated facilities management programs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders related to general maintenance, repairs, and skilled trades services.
• Communicate effectively with Climbia Enterprise LLC account managers and client contacts.
• Use the proprietary work-order management app for job updates, documentation, and invoicing.
• Ensure each project meets safety standards and quality expectations.
• Maintain flexibility to accept projects based on availability and region.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in one or more of the following trades: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, or general repairs.
• Reliable transportation and necessary tools to perform assigned tasks.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance preferred (optional opt-in available).
• Commitment to providing professional, high-quality service with attention to detail.

Salary:

Competitive and negotiable per project/hour, with job-related expenses covered optional damage coverage insurance available at a 10% fee for up to $10,000.
