Maintenance Man

Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is an industry leader in facility maintenance and general contracting services. We are seeking independent subcontractors to join our network. Contractors will provide specialized services across trades like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs to commercial clients in the northeast as part of our Integrated Facilities Management programs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance solutions across different trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting
• Completion of assignments promptly and with a high level of quality as per client needs
• Simplify the task of tracking jobs and creating invoices by employing Climbia’s specialized app
• Assist Climbia’s account managers in facilitating communication and overseeing the advancement of tasks collaboratively
• Ensure a safe and professional atmosphere is sustained on client premises

Qualifications and Experience:

• Established mastery in one or more of the mentioned areas like electrical installations, plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, painting projects, and general handyman services
• Exemplifying a strong commitment to work and ability to work independently
• Reliable means of moving around and essential tools for commerce
• Proper documentation is essential for individuals looking to work in the U.S
• The choice is for General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance, or the ability to use Climbia’s insurance plan is encouraged
