Job Summary:

Your responsibilities will involve delivering a broad spectrum of facility maintenance services, spanning electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general handyman repairs. As part of Climbia’s Integrated Facilities Management programs, you will have the chance to collaborate with regional and national entities, emphasizing the importance of dependable and effective service delivery.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive facility maintenance solutions, covering electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair services
• Join forces with Climbia’s team to make sure clients receive services in a timely and top-quality manner
• Customize your work timetable to be responsive to the needs of your clients
• Utilize Climbia’s cutting-edge work-order management application for tracking projects and handling invoicing tasks
• Safeguard adherence to safety standards and operational processes during on-site tasks
• Take charge of overseeing logistics operations, such as materials management, travel organization, toll charges, and parking arrangements for individual projects

Qualifications and Experience:

• Familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing installations, HVAC systems, painting methods, and general repair work
• Confirmed credibility and a promise to upholding high standards of work
• Competence in functioning solo and effectively utilizing time management skills
• Availability of the essential instruments and dependable transportation options
• Adequate General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance (or abide by Climbia’s insurance requirements)

Salary:

Rates are subject to change through negotiation, either billed per hour or per project while factoring in all expenses such as materials, travel, tolls, parking, and assessments. Payments are executed via direct deposit, following a NET 7 schedule. A 10% discount is applied for Climbia’s insurance coverage, protecting against damages up to $10,000.
