Job Summary:

Your duties will encompass a diverse array of facility maintenance tasks, from electrical and plumbing work to HVAC system upkeep, painting, and general handyman services. This role provides a chance to engage with both regional and national corporations as a component of Climbia’s Integrated Facilities Management initiatives, prioritizing consistent and proficient service execution.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide facility upkeep services encompassing electrical, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, and general repair duties
• Partner with the team at Climbia to ensure clients are provided with high-quality services in a timely manner
• Maintain a flexible work schedule to align with the needs of your clients
• Employ Climbia’s leading work-order management app to track projects and manage invoicing with ease
• Uphold compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines while working on-site
• Manage the handling of project logistics, which includes sourcing materials, arranging travel plans, covering toll expenses, and securing parking spots

Qualifications and Experience:

• Skilled in handling electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general handyman duties
• Established trustworthiness and a focus on producing work of excellence
• Proficiency in working independently and skillfully organizing one’s schedule
• Access to the required resources and trustworthy conveyance
• Approved General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance coverage (or follow Climbia’s insurance provisions)

Salary:

Adjustable fees are applicable, whether calculated hourly or for the completion of the task, with all expenditures like materials, travel, tolls, parking, and assessments accounted for. Remuneration is facilitated via direct deposit within a week’s timeframe. A 10% deduction is allocated towards Climbia’s insurance scheme, providing coverage for damages up to $10,000.
