Customer Sales Account Manager
Job Summary of Customer Sales Account Manager:
The role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster a collaborative, motivated team environment. This manager will ensure seamless operations across various locations while meeting sales targets and enhancing team performance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Sales Account Manager:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the team / market.
- Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to achieve business goals.
- Track and analyze market / team sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate an inside sales team to optimize performance and productivity.
- Provide coaching and accountability to ensure quality execution of sales processes, strategies, and initiatives.
- Conduct consistent call coaching sessions and crucial conversations.
- Attend appointments, customer account reviews, and / or trade shows.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Conduct audits (dispositions) and address any gaps to ensure team calibration in alignment with business goals.
Qualifications and Experience of Customer Sales Account Manager:

- Advanced user of Salesforce.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- 4+ years of sales experience.
- 1+ years of sales management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Demonstrated experience leading inside sales teams.
