Maintenance Contractor

Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is in search of independent subcontractors to become part of its reliable group of skilled trades experts. These contractors will be responsible for carrying out crucial facility maintenance tasks for business customers in over 14 northeastern states, aiding Climbia’s Integrated Facilities Management initiatives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Offer specialized services such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance tasks
• Address service requests promptly and carry out tasks to fulfill client expectations
• Utilize Climbia’s mobile application for the organization and processing of work orders and billing tasks
• Effectively sharing information with Climbia’s account managers about the current status of projects and any developments
• Always adhere to professional standards and ensure safety protocols are followed on site

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in a single or multiple specialized fields
• Demonstrating the capability to operate autonomously with a superior level of craftsmanship
• Trustworthy means of travel and necessary business equipment
• Possessing appropriate identification and meeting the necessary legal requirements to work in the United States.
• Having either General Liability or Workers’ Compensation coverage is recommended, or opting for participation in Climbia’s insurance scheme is encouraged
