Job Duties and Responsibilities of Operations Manager:

• Promote top-notch customer service, merchandising techniques, placement of products, store arrangement, and selling procedures.
• Direct efforts towards reaching store goals by increasing sales revenue and gross profit, controlling expenditures, and overseeing inventory management.
• Select, educate, mentor, and review staff achievements to foster a successful team dynamic.
• Coordinate employee rosters to ensure there is ample coverage for operational requirements.
