Warehouse Manager
Job Summary of Warehouse Manager:
This role will work with Fulfillment Center leadership to exceed customer expectations, drive efficiency, and create a positive associate experience. In this role, you will lead hourly associates to meet performance goals, productivity, accuracy, and quality control standards. You will manage daily, weekly, and monthly departmental planning, evaluate performance using operational reports, and foster a safe work environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Warehouse Manager:
- Motivate and manage hourly associates to achieve performance goals, productivity, and quality standards.
- Ensure the planning of departmental tasks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Identify process improvements and make recommendations to enhance department efficiency.
- Participate in hiring, training, and coaching associates to drive performance.
- Use operational reports to evaluate department performance and ensure goals are met.
- Collaborate with Fulfillment Center leadership to ensure smooth operations and success.
- Promote and ensure adherence to safety protocols and foster a strong safety culture.
Qualifications and Experience of Warehouse Manager:
- Ability to accurately calculate and adjust headcount to meet department objectives.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with all team members.
- Familiarity with Fulfillment / Distribution technology (e.g., WMS) and related hardware / software.
- Ability to implement safety procedures and ensure safe work practices in a warehouse setting.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to improve operational performance.
- Inclusive approach that fosters collaboration and advocates for customer and employee outcomes.
- Commitment to lead by example, demonstrating a growth mindset and customer-focused leadership.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.
- Ability to open and close the building; may serve as a key holder.
- Basic proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 1+ year of experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a drug screen, where legally permissible.
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry products up to 70 pounds by hand.

Salary:
Rate: $60,000 - $70,000 / Based on Experience
