Facility Technician

Job Summary:

Independent subcontractors are being recruited by Climbia Enterprise LLC to participate in its reputable team of skilled trades professionals. These subcontractors will be tasked with providing essential facility maintenance services for commercial clients throughout more than 14 northeastern states, to support Climbia’s Integrated Facilities Management programs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide trade-related services like electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs
• Respond swiftly to service inquiries and execute assignments in accordance with client requirements
• Take advantage of Climbia’s mobile platform to streamline work-order administration and invoicing procedures
• Ensuring clear communication with Climbia’s account managers regarding job progress and any new information
• It is crucial to maintain a professional demeanor and prioritize safety measures continuously

Qualifications and Experience:

• Established track record in one or several craft professions
• Exemplifying self-sufficiency in tasks while upholding a top-tier quality of output
• Dependable transportation and critical trade instruments
• Having valid ID and meeting the legal criteria for employment in the U.S.
• Preference is given to applicants with General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance, or those who choose to enroll in Climbia’s insurance program
