Job Duties and Responsibilities of Part Time Store Lead:

• Work towards exceeding customer expectations to create a positive and fulfilling service encounter.
• Increase store revenue through effective merchandising strategies, extensive product knowledge, and team engagement.
• Keep the store presentation in line with Shoe Carnival guidelines by following prescribed standards.
• Assist in steering and supporting team members to meet both sales targets and operational objectives effectively.
• Help facilitate the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations and executing planned initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience of Part Time Store Lead:

• Exemplifying robust leadership attributes and proficient at addressing challenges.
• Strong communication aptitude both verbally and interpersonally.
• A high school diploma or a comparable qualification is necessary.
• Demonstrated capability to accommodate a versatile timetable encompassing evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• One year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• One must have celebrated their 16th birthday to meet the age requirement.
