General Contractor

Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is an industry-leading facility maintenance and general contracting company seeking independent subcontractors to join its network. Contractors will be responsible for providing facility maintenance services across multiple skilled trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and handyman repair, for clients across 14+ states.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform services in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs based on client needs
• Adhere to client specifications and timelines for project completion
• Utilize Climbia’s mobile work-order management and invoicing system
• Communicate job status and issues to Climbia’s account managers
• Ensure safety and professionalism while working on client sites

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in one or more skilled trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
• Reliable, independent work ethic with attention to detail
• Must have transportation and standard trade-specific tools
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. with valid identification
• General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance preferred or ability to use Climbia’s insurance plan
