Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out tasks associated with maintenance requests, repairs, and skilled trades services as stated in work orders.
• Develop strong communication channels with account managers and client liaisons at Climbia Enterprise LLC to facilitate effective interaction.
• Utilize the exclusive work-order administration application for job progress notifications, record-keeping, and billing purposes.
• Make sure that every project adheres to safety regulations and meets expected quality levels.
• Keep an open mind to consider projects depending on your schedule and location.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficiency in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, or general maintenance trades is preferred.
• Dependable means of transportation and essential equipment required to carry out designated duties.
• Effective communication and efficient time organization abilities are essential.
• Preference given to having General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance, with the option to opt in if desired.
• Dedication to delivering expert and meticulous service of exceptional quality.

Salary:

Pay rates are flexible and open to negotiation on a per-project or per-hour basis, and there is the option to have job-related costs reimbursed. Additionally, there is the opportunity to obtain optional insurance for damages at a 10% charge, covering amounts up to $10,000.
