Facility Maintenance Plumber

Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is seeking independent contractors to join a trusted network of skilled tradespeople. You will provide facility maintenance and general contracting services such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs for clients across. As a valued partner, you’ll work with leading regional and national organizations through our Integrated Facilities Management programs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete skilled trade tasks in accordance with client needs and industry standards
• Communicate effectively with Climbia Enterprise LLC account managers and clients
• Utilize Climbia’s work-order app for task management and seamless invoicing
• Meet timelines and quality standards consistently across projects
• Handle on-site assessments, travel, and logistical coordination as required

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in one or more trades: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general repairs
• Reliable and professional work ethic with strong attention to detail
• Access to appropriate tools and transportation
• Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible schedule
• Insurance coverage via General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, or opt-in to Climbia’s policy

Salary:

Competitive and negotiable by project/hour, with job-related expenses (materials, travel, tolls, parking, assessments) covered 10% deduction for contractors using Climbia’s insurance policy, covering damages up to $10,000.
